These terms describe use of the Apex HVAC & Construction website, its service-request form, and optional service-related text updates.

Service requests and website information

Sending a request asks our team to contact you. It does not reserve a time, confirm an appointment, establish a final price, or authorize work. We confirm availability, project scope, scheduling, and any applicable charges with you separately. A city or ZIP-code match helps route your inquiry; it does not guarantee availability for every address.

Service descriptions are general information. Equipment, offers, financing, maintenance plans, and warranties are subject to the applicable written terms and availability. Equipment images may be illustrative. A photograph is not a promise of a particular model, installation, or result.

Using the website

Please provide accurate contact information that you are authorized to use. Do not submit spam, malicious code, or another person’s private information without permission, or attempt to interfere with website operation. For urgent HVAC assistance, call our team instead of waiting for an online response. If there is an immediate danger to people or property, contact the appropriate emergency services.

Optional service text updates

If you check the optional SMS box and submit the service-request form, you agree to receive texts from Apex HVAC & Construction at the mobile number you provide about your inquiry, scheduling, appointment reminders, and related service updates. This choice does not enroll you in promotional texts. Consent is not required to submit a request or purchase service.

Message frequency depends on your inquiry and appointments. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Text delivery can be delayed or fail because of carrier, network, or device conditions; carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on text messaging for emergencies.

To stop texts, reply STOP to a message from us. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. For help, reply HELP or use the contact details below. You can also contact us directly to withdraw consent or report a changed or reassigned phone number. A new opt-in is needed before the service-text program resumes after an opt-out.
